23.... Fun in the snow

It does seem right,
Strapped up,
Gliding across the glistening snow,
but so much fun, so much!

Blistering adrenaline,
blood pumping,
muscles exerted,
endorphins flow.

Set it up & take off,
feels like flight,
more air than you can imagine,
land down, beautiful.

The threat to safety,
fills me with excitement,
Falls, injury's and collisions happen,
just take the rough with the smooth.

It maybe the end of the day,
but its the start of the night.
The fun doesn't end there,
it all starts with a drink.

Warm, spicy and deep red.
That's thew drink you need,
sorts you right out,
Mulled to perfection.

After a drink,
Comes the party.
Boogie, romance and fun,
all make for a good night.

Next day heads are rotten,
but that's sorted out,
Easy,
First ski lift, done.

Back on the slope,
And the fun starts again,
All over again,
Ready, set, go!!
