8... Innocence

Why do we try to take it away?

We are born with hearts of pure white gold,

They say Jesus died for the sin of man,

Baptism washes away natural sin,

I don’t agree with that.

Babies are born without a care in the world,

They contain no sin, until they can think,

It is the effect of society and money,

It creates this desire to sin,

If only we had never turned out this way.

Innocence could be protected; it’s a great ideal,

Impossible, but children will take on the future,

It is in them we must believe,

For the future relies on the levy of them,

For the greater good of mankind.

7... Road calming, I don’t think so

Bump bump,

Voommmm,

Clunk clunk,

Bleep, f***ing bleeps.

Damage for our minds,

Damage for our pockets,

Damage to the Earth,

No damage to suspension companies.

Speed up, hard break; speed up, hard break,

Smack, she just went flying,

Veno appears, pain and regret kick in,

I just… I just didn’t see her.

Better ways of slowing cars exists,

Car divers never react the way bumps intend.

6... Just You

You are what you eat,

You become, what you do,

You live how people will,

You try to achieve.

We think as one,

We watch the world,

We believe in good,

We develop together.

I learn much,

I travel far,

I work hard,

I die happy.

He promotes evil,

She produces life.

5... Pretty Big

How big, is big?

Massive I’d say,

Ever expanding they say.

So, possibly the biggest,

Thing around.

Vast open space,

Occupied by, hmmm…

Nothing but,

Planets, stars, and dust,

only matter exists now.

Cycles and Orbits,

Collisions and pathways,

Is anyone out there?

Hope so!

It’s pretty lonely here.

4... Rats with wings or something else

Diseased vermin, pests some say,

God’s creatures others say,

I say both, hate comes to mind,

But did they do much to me…

Happiness for some,

But strong feeling against with others,

Feed the birds & it brings

Lonely people enormous well being,

If we all want happiness,

Why can they not have it too?

3... Men become Machines

A soldier they call me,

A machine I am,

A warrior of war,

A peace keeper, huh.

Hero’s die, men live through,

Awarded for bravery

I am the machine,

Fight for her majesty and country.

Those who die, unlucky or harsh,

Stop this fighting, please!

My brain machines on, my heart is dying,

Army isn’t the life for me.

No choice I must fight on,

Last mission; make it a good one,

Family waits for my return,

I’m hit, I’m down, I’m dead, I think.

Dead and gone,

My number and machine parts mean,

Nothing,

What a waste!

2... Processive Life

Amid my dreams

unfolds tales of complexity

ravelling in the conquest of time,

trapped in details of knowledge

and mapped by infinite pathways

and desires!

So where to now?

Where should my love lie?

The answer is just around the corner,

lerking amidst dreams,

All will become clear, in good time!

Try I may, complete this riddle,

For every answer, comes with it 10 more questions,

Never to fulfil wholey

But enough to maintain ones processing,

For a LIFE time at least!

1... Dance with power

If only people could see my light, my energy,

Dancing is just fantastic!

My love for it and the music that flows with it,

Cannot be described in a poem.

To truly understand, one must see its reaction in action,

The best dancer comes from the heart,

Sure, they also come from the studio too,

But before thisis the love of dance, music and rhythm,

It’s not about money or style, it’s about enjoyment.

Those who obtain the degree of this art,

May find more than they bargained for,

So many dance, just with image in mind.

Too many!

It should never be the case,

Never care of those who peer and ponder,

Feel the music flow through the bones and flesh,

Waves of energy, pounding within your heart.
